Praseetha has been in the health and fitness industry for close to a decade and brings an exceptional mix of knowledge, skill, attitude, experience and passion. While her CV boasts of most sought after certifications in the fitness profession (e.g. Reebok) what sets her apart is her passion for her craft which she has perfected over years through sheer hard work and dedication. She’s an expert in aerobics, strength training, body sculpting and toning, Pilate and power yoga.
She has helped numerous men and women transform their lives. However, something that’s very close to her heart is her success in mentoring under 14 and under 10 kids leading to their winning Gold and Silver Medals at state level and national level respectively.
Being able to strike a fine balance between group activities and clients’ individual needs is an area which she never loses sight of and many of her clients vouch as that being the key differentiators between Praseetha and other trainers.

Over her years as a fitness consultant and instructor, Saras has developed a somewhat different methodology of designing and conducting programs and that has helped her successfully take her participants to a new level of fitness. Her programs focus on agility, core strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness capped with focused strength training and nutritional interventions.
Apart from being a Reebok certified instructor, Saras is also a Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo and is highly respected in the fitness fraternity as a very disciplined and focuses result oriented professional.
