All purchases made online/ offline at Let’s Get Fit website are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are not satisfied with the service of the coach then you can ask for a change of Coach in the same tier as of your purchase by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your re-allocation of Coach will take effect upon due diligence by management and will only be given if there is any proven negligence of duty of the coach. Coach change may only be provided in the same tier as that of the enrolled client, at the discretion of Let’s Get Fit.
